GP'S TRANSFORMATION PHASE 3/5

I used to be overweight because I neglected my diet. I was strong but I appeared bloated and somewhat fat. A few months back I started dieting using the Magic Sculptor diet program. This potent program can work wonders for anyone who is out to lose weight and keep muscles full and solid.

Now I am fully focused in quality than quantity.

During the winter I systematically trained with the Mega Mass Bodybuilding System while cautiously bringing down carbohydrates, eating more quality sources of protein and getting myself into aerobic activities like boxing and running.

Therefore my metabolism started spinning... fat kept melting away and now I have completed phase 2 out of 5. Here's the related video to the right -->

I hope this message serves as a motivational standpoint to... keep you in pursuing the ULTIMATE. Because you can. Now once I reach phase 4/5 I will update all the old photos to reflect on the transformation.

I still have a long way to go...I am still in Level 2 of my transformative phase. I am natural and strong. I am explosive and my punching power is as concussive as a baseball bat in sheer momentum.

About Training

People have asked me why I do 1/3 squats.

That's to avoid knee injuries. It's simple logic.

I still lift 200kg for 11 reps inspite currently
weighing just 78 kilos (used to be 109kg).

Plus I have osteochondritis so going full way down
would be detrimental to my long term muscle building goals and joints. Plus.. my quads are more massive than the elite of the most genetically gifted folks (at least the natural ones).

The summer is virtually here and you want to
have the outmost quality muscle mass as
humanly possible. Not just about a beach
parade and aesthetics mind you but due to
the warm climate you'd want to slightly drop
the weight load and concentrate on the quality
of muscular contraction performing more
supersets and going after physical endurance.

I personally use a hybrid weight training system.
In order to preserve my hard earned muscles
I implemented both the Mega Mass Bodybuilding System  and the Amazing Muscle Boosters workout routines. Now I use The Bodybuilding System as advertised on the video.

My "secret formulation" is:

combining high intensity to maintain my
performance and supersets to stimulate
muscle fibers as deep as possible.

I also increase aerobic activity by jogging
about 5-6 miles each week for enhanced
fat burning effects. As a result I chopped off
over 15 pounds the last 3 - 4 months and
due to the scientific nature of my training,
I still perform the same when it comes to
pumping weights. Fat goes down progressively
and muscles remain solid and hard.

All my bodybuilding programs are CNS friendly
(Central Nervous System) and allow the body
to recuperate faster thus eliminating over-training
symptoms. I gained 1/4 of an inch to my arms
and look clearly harder than my last video.

The beauty of training naturally is that you
can take results home and have a peace of mind.

I currently use MMBS George and the program is phenomenal. Any hints on supplements?
